With the Ingentis org.manager software solution, you can map your HR data in the organization chart within minutes. The software can be directly connected to leading HR management systems such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM. This allows you to keep your data in the org chart up to date and present it at all times. Ingentis org.manager also includes open interfaces to databases, directory services and flat files.

Ingentis org.manager software also includes visual reporting capabilities. All important key figures for personnel and the company can be displayed directly in the organization chart or in the form of dashboards. Individual display of key figures is supported via rules and diagrams. Visualization rules are individually configurable, as are chart types (bar/pie chart, speedometer, etc.). For example, a "full-time equivalent" rule can be used to highlight in color all persons working full-time.

The Ingentis org.simulator add-on supports future considerations and business games. Planned adjustments can be made directly in the organization chart without changing the productive data in the HR system. All key figures affected by the changes are updated directly in the process, providing a solid basis for sound business decisions. The simulation can be compared to the current workforce. You can create difference lists, for example, as a basis for transferring the changes to the HR system.
