What is Fiduz?

Fiduz supports you in mapping all operational forwarding tasks, invoicing orders and creating evaluations from a single system in the shortest possible time. In addition, data is exchanged digitally with other parties involved in transportation (e.g. ports, airports, shipping companies, customs or customers). The focus of the application is on fast data entry, ease of use and high transparency. At the same time, the individual addition of functions such as customs clearance and quotation management allows processes to be further optimized as required.

Order and document management

• Central overview of all orders and customs applications with task status and display of closings
• Document archive (e-file) for quick access to all files (documents relating to the order such as incoming and outgoing e-mails, documents from CARGO ONLINE e.g. AWB, invoices, customer documents such as uploaded orders, packing lists, photos)

Track and trace

• Graphic and tabular display of the shipment progress for all transport stages with planned and actual times, adapted for mobile devices

Air freight module

• Convenient master data management incl. freight tariffs, ancillary charges incl. CASS import routine, net rate management with the option of automated import in eRate format
• Extremely clear AWB entry (HAWB, MAWB, CONSOL-MAWB, BACK-TO-BACK) according to original form incl. AWB number registration and Consol Cargo Manifest
• Automated recording of import and export shipments
• LBA validation
• Airline communication via TRAXON connection (eAWB) incl. reservation, booking, flight schedule query, status information
• Customs processing can be integrated, including AES completion and sanctions list check

Sea freight module

• Generate port orders for Bremen, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Wilhelmshaven, the Netherlands and Belgium directly from Fiduz and transfer them to the port, as well as receive feedback in the software
• Shipowner communication via INTTRA connection, recording of container weights and transfer of the VGM to the shipowner
• Customs processing and sanctions list check can be integrated
