What is Fiduz?

Fiduz supports you in mapping all operational forwarding tasks, invoicing orders and creating evaluations from a single system in the shortest possible time. In addition, data is exchanged digitally with other parties involved in transportation (e.g. ports, airports, shipping companies, customs or customers). The focus of the application is on fast data entry, ease of use and high transparency. At the same time, the individual addition of functions such as customs clearance and quotation management allows processes to be further optimized as required.

Order and document management

    Yes, definitely. Our solution has been successfully used by many seaport forwarding companies for over 20 years - see references. You can enter import and export orders and receive a loading deadline monitoring list. You can call up ship lists, create house, sea and FIATA B/Ls and transfer them electronically to Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Wilhelmshaven, Antwerp and Rotterdam. Orders can also be entered for truck pre- and on-carriage, waybills can be created and documents issued, e.g. for order confirmations, advice notes, container orders, delivery bills, manifests, etc. It is also possible to transfer the VGM to the shipping company.

    Yes, workflows can be stored on a customer-specific basis or as a standard workflow. Complete workflows are mapped and can be specified precisely using tasks. In the central order and document management, the status of the individual processes can be recognized at any time, i.e. is the order completed or are there still individual to-do's open. In the event of spontaneous changes or the absence of an employee, it is possible to react immediately. All generated, outgoing and incoming documents are also stored centrally in the e-file, so that maximum transparency is achieved together with workflow management.

    Yes, there are various additional modules that take over the data transfer to HDS/ZAPP Hamburg, BHT Bremerhaven, WHT Wilhelmshaven, Portbase Rotterdam/Amsterdam and APCS Antwerp/Zeebrugge. Order data relevant to the declaration is automatically transferred and then only needs to be added before dispatch.

    Customs clearance via ATLAS is also possible for all customs procedures, e.g. import and export, directly via CARGO ONLINE.

    Here we need to clarify whether we are talking about an INTTRA interface, which we have of course implemented, or whether we are talking about order entry in CARGO ONLINE. In the latter case, your customer places an order via the web platform, you book the order and your customer then receives the booking confirmation via our Cargo Trace platform, where each shipment can be tracked with a current status.

    A distinction must be made here between the in-house and cloud solution operating modes and between purchasing a license and renting the software. Financing by dbh can also be offered.     Yes, during development, particular emphasis was placed on fast and simple order entry. With the order and document manager (ADM), which is superordinate to the module, orders can also be entered, calculated or copied automatically based on the master data. In addition, order templates can be created for recurring orders.

    The software is regularly maintained and updated by dbh. Technical and legal changes, e.g. in the area of customs, are automatically adapted by dbh so that your processes are legally secure. Updates are carried out as part of pre-announced maintenance windows.

    Yes, a credit limit can be stored for each address in the master data area. If it is exceeded, you can only continue working if you have a password. In practice, this is usually managed by the head of department.
