Logistics service provider seeks simple transportation management system (air freight)

We are a logistics service provider in the air freight sector and are looking for a simple transportation management system. We act as a middleman or broker between freight forwarders and airlines. We process approx. 50 inquiries and approx. 500 e-mails per day. We process approx. 100-200 orders per month (in relation to the handling/operational system).

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Link to the e-mail system (customer communication possibly also via WhatsApp)
• Link to the CRM
• Simple dispatch system
• for entering offers
• Create orders with costs
• Invoice creation and dispatch
• Data exchange with accounting or dunning system
• Possibly also with ticket system
• If possible, as open as possible in order to also receive support via AI in the future
• Evaluations or, if possible, simple presentation:
• Inquiries or quotations vs. orders in a specific period
• Profit in the period - number of booked orders
• Possibly dashboards: e.g. open inquiries

Approx. 15 software workstations are required.
