We are a timber construction company based in northern Germany and are looking for software to manage our outgoing invoices. We would like to verify in advance whether your system fits our workflow. We build and sell custom-designed residential and garden structures, pavilions, and carports, and therefore do not work with fixed standard items, but primarily with freely defined text-based line items. Our quotes, order confirmations, and invoices often have highly customized content and change regularly throughout the course of a project. Our primary focus is on creatingoutgoing invoices. Quote entry and order confirmation are a plus but not strictly required.
