Waste disposal company seeks software for sewage sludge management

We are a waste disposal company with a landfill site and several recycling centers. We are looking for software tailored to our needs for the disposal of sewage sludge without our own vehicle fleet. Our customers are sewage treatment plants, municipal sewage treatment plants, and associations.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer portal (for registering the amount of sewage sludge to be collected)
• Import and export of MS Excel files
• Quantity planning (as weight specification) with target/actual comparison for different plants, ideally in diagram form
• Transmission of orders to the carrier by email or, if preferred, via a customer portal
• Management and monitoring of supporting documents such as insurance confirmations and certificates
• Optional support for mobile devices

Two software workstations are planned. The work will be carried out on MS Windows systems.
