We are looking for order management and dispatching software for our transport company. We offer transport solutions, carry out earthworks, and trade in bulk goods and building materials.
So far, we still work heavily with paper. For the future, we envisage that incoming orders will be distributed among the approximately 25 vehicles we have. Employees will then be assigned to the vehicles. Employees should have access to the orders on a tablet at the construction site so that they can add any additional work that arises at the construction site to the order. Ideally, these additional tasks will be presented to the employee in the form of a list from which they can choose. Invoices are then created from the orders or delivery notes. It should be possible to combine several delivery notes into one (collective) invoice. It would be helpful if we could transfer the relevant data to our tax advisor via a DATEV interface.

Three software workstations are required in the office. In addition, there are approximately 25 licenses for the planned tablets.
