We are an international distributor of stainless steel and semi-finished metal products and are looking for a merchandise management system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Purchasing
  • Order management and processing

    • Invoicing
    • Preparatory accounting, if necessary

  • Inventory
  • Evaluations by order, by quote, by employee
  • ABC analysis for customers and goods
  • Multi-warehouse capable - three different storage locations (external warehouses)
  • Inventory module
  • Billing/conversion by piece, meter, and kilogram
  • Bilingual form design, German and English
  • Euro is sufficient as currency
  • Three different invoice forms (Germany, EU, third countries)
  • DATEV interface
  • On-premises preferred

Approximately ten software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
