Swiss medical technology company seeks manufacturing execution system (MES) – track and trace

We are a Swiss industrial company in the medical technology sector. We are looking for MES software to ensure traceability in our semi-finished and finished products. We want to be able to identify individual parts in (reused) part carriers throughout the entire production process and record and retrieve individual data.

Clients are the controllers of our production systems, which are based on Beckhoff TwinCAT or .NET C# and must be able to work together with the desired system programmatically, i.e., via an API. In addition, a few clients will be needed for reporting and analysis purposes.

Our company complies with the ISO 13485 standard.

The software we are looking for should meet as many of the following requirements as possible:

• Integration with ERP with production orders, work steps, and consumption as well as production postings
• Integration with the CAQ system for (partially) automated handling of quality assurance processes
• User management and authorization system, potentially with connection to Active Directory
• Recipe management (product-related)
• Audit trail
• Integration with Atlassian Confluence and Jira

More than 50 clients are planned for software workstations.
