Swiss energy supplier (approx. 1,000 employees) seeks research tool

We are an energy supply company and are looking for software for our purchasing department to search for and identify suppliers in general. Suppliers could include, for example, pumps, pipes, boilers, office supplies, and relevant services. We need this for tenders and requirements that are not subject to public procurement law.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Suitable for supplier identification to evaluate and assess supplier searches
• Keywords, tagging
• Also with semantic search function
• German search input with translation into relevant languages (e.g., English, French) would be nice to have
• AI support?
• An interface to SAP would also be nice to have
• On-premises or web-based

Up to five software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
