We run a swimming school including aqua fitness and are looking for new course organization and administration software (course organizer for courses including card quotas) to replace the old one.
The software should meet the following requirements:
A calendar showing the respective instructors per week at a glance. Participants should be able to check in themselves and the software should calculate the number of hours attended. Participants should be able to report sick and arrange replacement lessons themselves. 3, 5, or 10-session cards and trial cards should also be integrated. Interface to the bank for SEPA mandates. Birthday reminder emails and online voucher purchase. Good value for money – fixed monthly fee – no variability depending on the number of participants. I expect the software to be user-friendly and am open to either an on-premises or web-based (cloud) version.
One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows.
