We are a medium-sized special machine manufacturer and are looking for workflow software for our two locations to digitize and efficiently manage our extensive document handling.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Workflows for internal processes (e.g., in ordering)
  • Internal processes that result in an approved document for third parties (third parties must recognize that this document is approved)
  • Management of electronic files
  • Archiving
  • Digital or electronic signatures in exchanges with partners (contracts)
  • GDPR-compliant
  • On-premises or web-based

To start with, we envisage 25 software workstations. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
