Software to support management systems, possibly with integrated DMS, wanted

We are a large IT service provider with links to the public sector and are looking for software to support our management systems, possibly with an integrated DMS. We are simply looking for some input on which tools are available on the market that could meet the above requirements. We are ISMS certified according to ISO 27001.

The software we are looking for must meet the following requirements:

Must:

• Role and rights management that can map a corporate structure
• Risk management
• Audit (planning, implementation, results)
• Action management (uniform list with actions derived from audits, incidents, vulnerability management, etc.) --> Approval, tracking, responsibilities
• Reporting (key figure dashboards, management review, SoA...) --> Customizable
• Interfaces to a company whose products such as GRC, service, and management systems we use, API interfaces to existing tools, e.g., ISMS tool
• Runs via web interface under MS Windows
• User-friendly for administrators, users, and readers
• Customization of fields at least for administrators

Can:

• Include process management or at least be linkable to it
• Replace existing document management (digital folders), as this is not intuitive (possibly separate DMS tool)

Software workstations are intended for approx. 2 administrators, 10-15 users with write access, and up to 400 readers.
