Social organization in Luxembourg seeks an integrated software solution

We are a social organization in Luxembourg and are looking for an integrated software solution. We are currently using several different software solutions:

• a document management solution customized to our specific requirements
• a solution for planning and organizing employee shifts
• a solution for documentation as well as for managing and maintaining databases
• a solution for time tracking
• an HR solution, and
• another solution for “general” document management
• certain information is processed using MS Word/Excel or other systems

In addition, an in-house AI solution is currently under development.

Due to the investments already made and the customization to our operational requirements, the first two solutions mentioned above will continue to be used as existing systems and integrated into the future system landscape. Therefore, there are no plans to replace these programs in the near future.

We have the following requirements for the new software solution:

• Task management
• User management
• Electronic patient records
• Case management
• Form management
• Calendar and appointment management
• Client management
• Customer management
• Employee management
• Scheduling
• Preferably on-premises
• For use on MS Windows and mobile devices
• Interface languages: German and French

The number of software workstations required has yet to be determined.
