We are a social institution (children, teenagers, young adults) in southern Germany and are looking for personnel development software. We work in the public sector. Our organization offers extensive internal training and continuing education. These are divided into face-to-face and online events, e.g., seminars or e-learning courses. We offer mandatory and voluntary training courses.

The software we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

  • Internal personnel development matters (training courses)
  • Handle administrative processes
    • Send registration confirmations
    • Send reminders before training courses
    • Send feedback forms
    • Create participant lists
  • Training courses must run via the software (SCORM file)
  • Approvals must be made via the software
    • Applications must be submitted
    • and, ideally, approved in a two-step process (two-step approvals: 1. by the superior and 2. by the relevant employee from human resources development)
  • Invoicing (both for instructors and participants)
  • External training offerings must be able to be entered
  • In the future, onboarding should take place using the software
  • Web-based or cloud

Three to five software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
