We act as an internationally oriented service provider (purchasing group) for an association of over 40 family-run companies from the trade and retail sector. In order to centralize and optimize purchasing, we are looking for a tendering tool in which our customers can make specific requests and we can put them out to tender in our supplier base. In addition, the contracts should be created automatically. The requested articles must always be able to be released by our suppliers or vice versa. The system must therefore be able to manage 3 article master data records (ours, suppliers, customers).

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Flexible tendering platform with

  • Contract management (creation of contracts)
  • Storage in a DMS, ideally an interface to MS SharePoint
  • Flexible rights and role system for
    • Suppliers
    • Customers
  • Assignment of tasks to
    • Suppliers
    • Customers
  • Management of 3 article master data records (ours, suppliers, customers)
  • Desirable further modules such as
    • Supplier evaluation
    • Dashboard, ideally interface to MS Power BI
  • Cloud solution

Six software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
