We are a rental company focused on event technology and are looking for a business or industry solution to handle all our business cases and concerns.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

  • Quotation and order management for rental items and services with graduated prices, scheduling, and billing periods, invoices
  • CRM including import of incoming emails
  • Form letters and advertising emails
  • Financial accounting including sales tax returns
  • Warehouse management
  • Device management
  • DMS
  • Import of electronic account statements
  • Support for mobile devices (iOS) - Calendar synchronization
  • On premises - as local server based on macOS

Two software workstations are planned. Apple systems are used.
