Property management company seeks software for heating and utility bill billing

For our property management company we are looking for a software for billing heating and utility costs.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Transfer of user information from property management systems
• Integration of external administrators for entering user changes and costs
• Direct reading of wireless meters and smoke detectors
• Automatic monthly meter reading, meter data collection
• Heating cost billing
• Cold/hot water billing
• Intra-year consumption information
• Tenant app or tenant portal
• If possible, invoicing to third parties for additional services that can be entered

Two to ten software workstations are required.
