Property management company seeks defect management software for 600 residential and commercial units

As a thriving property management company with 600 residential and commercial units, we are looking for defect management software that allows us to record defects identified by tenants and monitor their repair and the time required for this.

The software should support the following functions:

• Recording of defects with photos
• Forwarding to the responsible employee in our company (e.g., the caretaker)
• Placing orders with a specialist company or other responsible person (e.g., arbitrator)
• Documentation of completion (date and action)
• Setting deadlines and notification in case of delay (traffic light system?)
• Reminder function
• Evaluation and documentation of recorded defects
• Also runnable on mobile devices, e.g., tablets and cell phones

Four to ten software workstations are planned.
