We are a passenger transportation company and are looking for a new ticket booking and management system for scheduled and charter passenger shipping.
Our customers purchase tickets at the ticket counter or when boarding our 4 passenger ships. Our customers reserve certain trips in advance and expect a confirmation of their reservation. The passenger capacity per ship and scheduled trip must be taken into account. The software should run on iOS (preferred) and MS Windows. The tickets should be printed using existing hardware. We need a reporting system to evaluate sales and bookings. An MS Excel export option or API interface is required to connect to the accounting department. We have already been working with a certain application, but are very dissatisfied and want to change.
Eight software workstations are planned.
