Manufacturing and trading company (over 5,000 employees) seeks software for initial sample inspection report generation

A globally positioned, renowned manufacturing and trading company (also office and school supplies) from southern Germany is looking for software to create initial sample test reports for one of its locations. It operates series production with many variants of its products. In addition to predominantly machine-based manufacturing, some processing is also done “by hand.” The company is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, among other standards.

The software should meet the following requirements:

The software should support the creation of initial sample test reports.

For all possible variables, i.e., like a path you follow and select various criteria. For example, a kind of Excel file with all the important functions and, ideally, with drag-down fields for specification. For example, what needs to be checked if only the foil changes or only the refill changes? It's like a path - I start by selecting new product: Yes: which one? Pencil, and so on, just as an example.

And then there should also be the option, for example: New product: no, what changes are there? Change to the foil. And then only the important criteria related to the foil.

The software we are looking for will initially be used at headquarters. If it proves itself, we definitely plan to roll it out worldwide. It should be cloud-based.

Four software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
