We are a manufacturer of product solutions that we would like to promote to alternative practitioners in particular.
We are looking for telephone marketing software that meets the following functions and requirements:
- External employees make calls and contact alternative practitioners (in this case)
Objective: To inform them about our solutions for their patients and clientsNO salesand, if interested, to forward their contact details to us
- We send cover letters and basic information
- Follow up after approx. 10 days - documents received?
- Ask whether an appointment can be made for the owner - Telephone appointment is made
- Telephone appointment is communicated to us and reserved accordingly
- Owner calls the alternative practitioner to explain the solutions
- Result of the telephone call is recorded with the respective action and placed on follow-up
All typical problems and actions are recorded to check the telephone calls made by the external employee:
- Problem: at least 50% answering machine addressee cannot be reached directly record how often the target address was attempted
- Number of calls, duration, when followed up
- Record results, record actions, check Obtain information, make appointments yes no, number of appointments with what result
- Follow-ups Follow-up action, follow-up appointment
Objective: Basis for remunerating external telephone employees
- Cost determination for telephone calls with regard to how the external employee can be remunerated by time or by number of calls
- Payment based on number of calls made, not made, or payment per hour - time spent
- Number of calls successful, unsuccessful due to availability
Additional requirements:
Currently, 1-2 external employees and 1-2 internal employees are planned.
