Management consultancy seeks software for office organization and process documentation

We are a management consultancy based in northern Germany and are looking for software for our office organization, primarily for documenting processes, for our outdoor projects (agriculture, renewable energies).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Documentation support for various processes – using the example of damage to an industrial motor:
• Recording key data on damage
• Recording all written and verbal correspondence
• Links to all relevant emails, follow-up function, note function, etc.
• The aim is to maintain an overview of various parallel processes and to have a complete history log
• Collaborative work -> several people should be able to view the data
• Task function
• Role and rights management - preferably with access options for external staff
• Simple, intuitive application
• On-premises or web-based

Initially, five software workstations are planned, with more than 100 planned for later. We want to use the software ourselves first and then recommend it to our consulting clients if it proves to be worthwhile. We work with MS Windows systems.
