I am a self-employed management consultant and am looking for seminar management software for my sole proprietorship in southern Germany. I offer consulting, training, and coaching primarily for executives and managers in middle and upper management.

I have the following requirements for the software:

  • CRM
  • Seminar registration
  • Booking
  • Online accounts
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Certificates of attendance, certificates if applicable
  • Registration confirmation - Nice to have
  • Online payment
  • Compatibility and consistency with Outlook Classic with regard to MS Office 365 (interface to MS Office 365)
    • A key criterion is how smooth the synchronization/integration with the contact database in Outlook 365 and its categories is
  • Advertising mailings 4 times a year, if applicable
  • Same for webinars: webinar link sent after payment
  • May want to use the software with one or two additional devices
  • Low running costs, inexpensive overall
  • Established provider preferred

One software workstation is planned. Work will be carried out using an MS Windows system.
