Machine manufacturer seeks software for supplier evaluation

We are an international mechanical engineering company based in southern Germany. Our product portfolio includes containers, drive technology, systems (e.g., filling technology), etc. Supplier evaluation is currently carried out sporadically; there is no real process for this yet.

The software we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

• It should provide the basis for supplier evaluation – it should therefore be possible to carry out supplier evaluations and identify process optimizations based on the evaluations.
• Creation of various reports covering any period of time
• Creation of a report on the supplier with their evaluation
• Evaluation for internal purposes, but also as a basis for external purposes, communication with the respective supplier
• No time-consuming maintenance of the system
• Connection to our existing ERP system would be nice to have
• On-premises or web-based

Three to five software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
