Legal representative seeks electronic file (e-file)

I work as a legal guardian pursuant to Section 158 of the German Family Procedure Act (FamFG). My job is a hybrid of social work and law, so the social work software products I have looked at so far are not suitable. I do not write assistance plan reports, but only a report to the court for each case.

I have been working with Microsoft products and a normal manual file, but would like to digitize my work as well in line with the electronic court files.

I would basically like to continue working with my own documents, which means I need software in which I can enter my documents and then edit them. It is also important to me that I can write handwritten digital file notes on my tablet (Windows operating system) and the accompanying pen during my external appointments, which can then be easily added as the next page of the electronic file.

I would also like to be able to scan documents and attach them to the file.
