We are an IT service provider based in southern Germany and are looking for software for our in-house event in a southern German city with approx. 650 participants. We need to be able to assign our presentations to the respective rooms (we have approx. 15 different rooms available) as the rooms have different capacities.
This room management and booking software should also allow our participants to book the respective presentations and see which slot they have booked and in which room it will take place.
We would also like to avoid overbooking, i.e., if the room has 50 seats available, then 51 people cannot register.
A web-based solution is preferred.
Two to three software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
