Education service provider seeks seminar management software

We are an educational service provider specializing in health topics and offer continuing education courses. We are looking for administrative software for this purpose. We offer “course packages” consisting of seven individual courses. Participation in the entire course package is a prerequisite for completing the two-year additional training program, which leads to a state-recognized degree.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Courses should be displayed in a calendar
• Courses should be bookable and payable directly
• Participants should be registered and managed as a group when they book
• Groups should be contacted
• Targeted certification of courses – i.e., a final exam for participants at the end of the course, followed by a certificate or diploma if successful
• Billing of instructors (3-5)
• Management of course locations (2-3)

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows.
