Craftsman software for metal and steel construction wanted

We are a craft business specializing in metal and steel construction and are looking for tailor-made craftsmanship software. Our range of services includes steel and metal construction, consulting, sales, and installation, including all necessary testing and maintenance. We are also a specialist welding company and offer services such as the replacement of door and gate systems, including drive technology and safety equipment, for building components.

The software should meet the following requirements, among others:

• Customer database
• Calculation - prices per unit of quantity, performance of post-calculations
• Order processing - workflow from inquiry to invoicing, overview of projects and status
• DIN EN 1090 - workflow support, checklists, templates
• Project file – storage of project-specific documents (drawings, plans, photos, correspondence, etc.)
• Email client – send, receive, assign, and archive emails
• Mobile app – mobile access to project-specific documents, digital measurements, photo documentation
• Receivables management – list of open items, record payments, generate reminders
• Evaluations
• Optional project planning and management – tasks, milestones, to-do lists
• Optional resource planning (ERP) – employees, vehicle fleet
• Optional interface to DATEV
• Cloud solution preferred

Three to eight software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
