Construction company seeks property development software

We are a construction company based in southern Germany and operate as a property developer. We primarily build turnkey single-family homes (solid construction). To this end, we are looking for property development software that can help us manage all the challenges of our business and fully cover our day-to-day operations.

The software we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management
• Supplier management
• Subcontractor management
• Quotes with individual items on a gross basis (net and gross would also be acceptable)
• Order confirmation, order management
• Amendments
• Progress payments, progress invoices
• Final invoice
• Invoicing
• DMS
• Dashboards
• Straightforward data exchange between the office and site management
• User-friendly - everything should be as intuitive as possible and not too cluttered
• Good support from the provider
• Support for mobile devices (iOS)
• On-premises, possibly cloud-based

Four software workstations are planned. We work with both MS Windows and macOS systems.
