We are looking for business software for our Austrian group of companies to support us in leasing, purchasing, sales, warehouse management, and workshop operations in the truck sector.
The software must meet the following requirements:
- New truck orders
- Option to order directly from the supplier portal via the software so that the order is automatically transferred
- Import of various Excel lists (configurable)
- Tracking of location, supplier, purchase price, sales price, customer, salesperson, etc.
- Access via mobile app/cell phone for salespeople
- Data storage -> for example, equipment list
- Data management – assignment of documents to vehicles
- Creation of truck data (serial number, purchase price, etc.)
- Type certificate
- Incoming invoices
- Outgoing invoices
- Photos
- Workshop-related matters
- Insurance
- Automatic form filling (e.g., powers of attorney for registration)

- Calculation, installment plan, etc.
- Automatic creation of documents

- Delivery note (can be signed via app)
- Creation of custom templates that can be filled in using the database
- Automatic creation and dispatch of invoices
- Overview of which vehicles are rented out and which are still available
- Automatic payment tracking

- Interface to existing accounting software
- Multiple companies should be able to be mapped (multi-client capable)
- Dialogue languages ideally German and English
