The software we are looking for should map the processes in a maintenance workshop using the example of a key vehicle component. It should highlight improvements and potential for improvement. It should also be possible to show the manpower required for shift work. The aim is to improve the organization of the workshop workforce.
The complex processing steps involved in repairing this component should be shown. This includes, for example, dismantling, welding and cleaning work, repainting, and labeling. It should also be possible to simulate this step by step. How much effort is involved, and how many working hours are ultimately required for such a process?
The software can be used as a standard procedure.
A software workstation is planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
