We are a trade association in two specialist areas related to technical infrastructure and want to use digitalization to shape the transformation process from the separation of enormous quantities of paper documents and the increasingly confusing management via MS Excel to a “seamless” digital form with intelligent links, automated processes, and filing. To this end, we are looking for document management or administration software for our event management. We have approximately 1,000 training or course participants per year for one of the specialist areas. (The other specialist area may also require such software in the future).
The software should meet the following requirements:
Three software workstations are planned. The system will run on MS Windows.
