ZEP Operations — Professional Services Automation · From projects to profitability.

The entire project cycle in one central system: proposal, booked hours, travel expenses, supplier services, invoice and the export to project-specific financial accounting. The invoice comes from what was actually booked. Everything in ZEP Control is included.

Several legal entities. One system of record. Internal cost allocation, Document Management, the HR module and Resource Planning are included, as is every function from ZEP Operations. Support requests are handled with priority here.

You don't need project hours? ZEP Clock starts at € 4.50 per user and month on an annual contract, € 6.00 monthly: working time, overtime, absences and the payroll export in one system. Travel Expense Management and the HR module can be added for € 2.50 per user each. ZEP Clock is a line of its own; a move into the project-based lines is not provided for. If projects play a role for you — today or in the foreseeable future — start directly with ZEP Track.
