We are a management consultancy in the project business and are looking for an industry solution (or ERP or invoicing) for our own needs.

The software we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

Must have:

• Creation of outgoing invoices (accounts receivable)
• Recording of billing-relevant services (time and material)
• Display of order numbers (PO) on the invoice
• Accrual data (invoice period)
• Consultant name on the invoice
• Decoupling of internal service recording <> billed services
• Recording and billing of third-party services (freelance)

• Project data (no project management)

• Employee master
• Person-based billing; not every billed consultant has an account
• Customer master (company to contact 1 to x)
• Reporting
• Bonus calculation on invoiced net sales
• Bonus calculation on margin for external services (freelance)
• Billed consultant days per employee
• Regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)
• Windows OS compatibility
• On-premises or cloud

• Sales pipeline (alternatively Pipedrive API)
• Conversion of opportunities into orders
• Processing of incoming invoices (accounts payable)

• Bank interface (EBICS) for accounts receivable management

We explicitly do not require an accounting system; this is an exclusion criterion for us.

Three to four software workstations are planned, depending on functionality. We work with MS Windows systems.
