The INPLAN PRO solution enables optimal supplier integration. Using the Request module, it is possible to access suppliers' eShops directly, search for items there and transfer them to the request. It is also possible to request from internal catalogs. Orders can be executed automatically, e.g. as a PDF file or in a data format agreed with the supplier. A separate supplier portal can be set up for suppliers so that they can, for example, call up open and completed processes after logging into the portal. The supplier portal also streamlines work processes, as suppliers can maintain their own company details themselves, for example, and your purchasing department has a simple option for digital and structured communication.
An order can be automatically generated from an already approved request if a supplier is assigned to the item in the master data and the prices are fixed. Your purchasing department then does not have to take any additional action.
A special feature is the option to store and maintain supplier evaluations with company-wide criteria and a defined level of detail. The weighting of the criteria also allows the quantification of soft factors, so that these can also be included in the comparison of offers. Users of the Goods Receipt and Invoice Verification modules can be automatically prompted to submit an evaluation of the respective process for selected criteria.
Supplier control can be carried out conveniently via ready-made standard dashboards. These dashboards can also be set up individually for special analysis requirements. The standard dashboards already include purchasing volume, adherence to delivery dates, quantity adherence, complaints, degree of automation and supplier data.
