Information

Many manufacturing companies are striving towards the goal of Industry 4.0 and recognize the enormous potential that comes with the digitalization of manufacturing processes. The intelligent networking of people, objects and systems creates a database that continuously provides up-to-date information and thus forms the basis for dynamic reactions and comprehensive optimization.

This is where our modular Manufacturing Execution System (MES) comes in. It is located between the ERP system and the production level, which is why gfos.MES can perfectly collect and visualize all relevant operating, machine and process data in real time. Information on the status of individual production resources or orders can be called up transparently in the central system at any time. It also relieves employees of routine tasks. In the event of malfunctions or special cases, warning messages are automatically generated and the relevant departments are informed. In emergencies, the machines are stopped by the system.

Process-optimized automation with gfos.MES

  • Production data acquisition
  • Machine data acquisition
  • Maintenance
  • Material management
  • Quality management
  • Personnel resource planning
  • Artificial intelligence
  • and much more

MES solutions for companies of all sizes

Regardless of the industry or company size, gfos.MES offers the right modules, either as an on-premise solution or in the cloud. Our modular system enables gfos.MES to be individually adapted to the specific requirements of each customer company, whether as a single component or as a comprehensive networked solution. This means that all options are available for optimally adapting gfos.MES to the circumstances.

The basic package gfos.MES | Midsize offers medium-sized companies the ideal entry into the world of digital production control.

With gfos.SmartProductionManager, smaller companies can also benefit from the advantages of digital production processes. The smart tool also has a modular structure and offers plug & play installation with all relevant interfaces.
