The modules included support you from quotation calculation to invoicing with tried-and-tested functionalities to help you carry out your daily tasks. The integrated Security Manager ensures the necessary security of the system. In this way, EasyTec ensures that your company processes run smoothly throughout.

In master data management, you have access to addresses, articles, company-specific basic data, text modules and letter templates. In project management, you handle quotation costing, measurements, price inquiries, orders, order planning, resource management, invoicing and post-calculation. These tasks are supported by a wide range of basic functions that make your correspondence, document creation, document management and scheduling easier. Quotations can be easily calculated using cost types, costing groups or final prices. Depending on the area of application, using the mobile service app for customer service, breakdowns and maintenance can be advantageous. This also includes time recording.

EasyTec also provides you with the service catalogs for electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning / ventilation and VDMA 24186 1-7. Modules for warehouse management, surgery management including dunning and other options complete the range of modules. With interfaces to e.g. GAEB, UGL, Datanorm, Eldanorm, CSV/Excel, Outlook, Web Portal, FiBu/Lohn etc., standardized and secure data exchange is possible.
