What is Biquanda?
Biquanda supports project management in service companies. A powerful and flexible employee and project management forms the basis for employee and project planning in bar chart form or the recording of project times and costs. The current and planned project status can be accessed at any time via extensive evaluations. Furthermore, the vacation and hours management of employees as well as the accounting of service projects is carried out with Biquanda.
Biquanda consists of the following basic and additional modules (some modules are still under development):
- Employee and project planning (basic module)
For employee and project planning, you can define any employee and project planning views in Biquanda (e.g. per employee group). In these views, the planning is displayed as a Gantt chart. In project views, project dates such as start, end or milestones can be displayed as planning aids. Evaluations such as employee workload round off the range of functions.
- Time recording (basic module)
In a self-explanatory user interface, employees quickly and easily record their times for orders and projects. Additional modules such as the construction site module for offline recording of times and travel expenses or time clock for connection to recording terminals are available.
- Travel expense entry (basic module)
With the individual expense report of your employees, the recorded travel expenses are automatically posted to the relevant orders and projects. Automatisms and the storage of the current expense rates facilitate the recording and increase the quality of the data.
- Human resources (basic module)
With Biquanda you manage the hourly, vacation and travel expense accounts of your employees. Requests for vacation, time off, business trips or travel expense advances as well as a workflow for checking and paying travel expenses via DTAUS support your processes and provide transparency.
- Project controlling (basic module)
In the project master data you define the available project budget (hours and costs). These key values are compared with the recorded and planned hours and costs in different evaluations. Thus, you can see at a glance the actual status of your projects and how the further development will be. Recorded supplier invoices can be transferred automatically via DTAUS.
- Service accounting (basic module)
With Biquanda, you can directly access the recorded hours of your employees during project billing and bill them with the stored sales rates. In addition to support in the invoicing process, the Billing module also provides information on sales planning and the open item list, among other things.
- Liquidity planning (basic module)
In the liquidity overview, all supplier and customer invoices are clearly displayed with their due dates. Based on this information, Biquanda calculates a virtual account balance and shows how liquidity will develop.
- Excel export (basic module)
The powerful Excel export is used whenever the data from standard reports is to be further processed in Excel, or if you want to create your own reports with Biquanda.
- Address data management and replication interfaces (basic module)
Address data is the basis of many processes in a company and is therefore often stored and used in parallel in different IT systems. This makes data maintenance and consistency enormously difficult. With Biquanda, you use a workflow and powerful tools to maintain address data. Replication interfaces distribute this data to other applications.
The following replication interfaces are planned:
- Exchange/Outlook
- Sales and customer management (additional module)
Planning sales campaigns, logging communication, managing offers or determining the forcast: These are just some of the focal points of the sales and customer module in Biquanda.
- Time clock (additional module)
The Time clock module is an additional program for coupling to recording terminals so that clock-in and clock-out times from recording terminals are automatically logged in Biquanda.
- Access control (additional module)
With the access control module it is possible to couple Biquanda with terminals for opening doors and to manage the access authorizations of employees.
Licensing:
The licensing of the basic modules depends on the number of employees that can be created in Biquanda. Additional modules are licensed separately.
