ANSYS Simplorer / Ansys TwinBuilder is a powerful user-friendly simulation software, for the analysis and optimization of electrical, mechatronic, power electronic as well as electromechanical systems and components.
The software enables the use of a wide range of modeling techniques and modeling languages: circuits, block diagrams, state machines, mathematical systems of equations as well as VHDL-AMS, SML and C/C++ can be combined simultaneously to build components, assemblies as well as complete systems and to verify functionality. In addition, simulation models from ANSYS Maxwell, ANSYS HFSS, ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Mechanical or external programs (e.g. MATLAB®/Simulink® or Mathcad®), among others, can be embedded as components in a system. The direct integration of models in their natural environment avoids effort and errors in model translation. Furthermore, model integration saves development and also supports communication between departments and with suppliers.
With the help of system simulation, the engineer is able to test design, interaction and functionality at the detail level as well as for complete systems with little effort.
In addition to power-electrical components, components from the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, magnetics, penumatics and thermics are also available for component design.
