Vocational training center seeks automatic duty roster creation

We are looking for an automatic duty roster creation system for our vocational training center.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Automatic duty roster creation
• Shifts:
• Early shift 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Late shift 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Intermediate shift on weekends and Bavarian holidays 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
• Night duty 4:30 p.m.-12:00 a.m., sleep until 8:00 a.m., followed by early shift 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
• Consideration of on-call duties (night duty, which is counted proportionally as working time)
• Vacation planning
• Consideration of employees' vacation requests
• Coverage for sick leave
• Consideration of two free weekends per month

It would be great – as an option – if scheduled employees could swap shifts themselves via the system, with restricted rights.

Approximately 5 software workstations are required for planning approximately 35 employees.
