Vending machine operator seeks management software

We are a vending machine operator (e.g., games, drinks, gambling, snacks) and are looking for a developer for our project, in which companies on our portal have an account with their locations and can upload a simple file, which is then used to generate a statement or cost report. It can also be created on a framework and/or finished basis, as the basic task is simple administration. A plugin must be programmed for this, which can process the file that is uploaded. For this purpose, we are looking for management software as a web portal on a ready-made basis and/or a framework.

We intend to use the software ourselves first and, if recommended, sell it on in B2B. An MLM approach will not be pursued.
