Trading company in the utilities sector seeks contract software

We are a large, renowned trading company with approximately 800 employees in the utilities sector and are looking for (standard) software or a service for contract creation and contract management. The contracts are to be created and maintained by the administration (back office) and then made available to the subordinate sales department for (further) processing. Overall, our contract management system is to be standardized.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Creation and management of contract templates AND text modules by back office departments
• Access and use by sales departments
• Search function, query system – with access to draft contracts or templates, text modules
• No local installation – web-based, preferably as SaaS
• Windows-compatible

Approximately 40 web clients are planned.
