We are a telephone service provider and are looking for appropriate software with the following requirements:

  • Various call processing call center
  • Inbound and outbound - focus on inbound (as an order service, secretarial tasks)
  • Must be possible to work with headsets
  • Local and web-based (web-based preferred)
