Social therapist seeks “industry-related” office solution

I am a self-employed social therapist and am looking for a suitable “industry-specific” office solution for my office to simplify office management. I work in the health and fitness industry and offer outpatient dementia support and counseling on a fee basis. I also give Qigong lessons and other exercise classes, such as outpatient excursions for people with dementia and their relatives, and older people with limited mobility, therapeutic touch treatments, therapeutic touch workshops for institutions and on a self-pay basis, Qigong courses in nursing homes, sports clubs, adult education centers, and on a self-pay basis as group offerings.
