Social service provider (approx. 750 employees) seeks e-learning software

We are a social service provider in northern Germany in the field of integration assistance with two operating sites and are looking for e-learning software. We need this for workplace-oriented online training courses, taking into account the personnel and technical requirements of the software product from the provider.

As part of a three-year digitization project, our two companies (project sponsor and cooperation partner) are selecting a provider for upcoming workshops on the implementation of e-learning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Platform that combines videos (learning and explanatory videos), quizzes, games, web conferences, webinars, web meetings with review and query functions, plus certificates and learning biographies
• Complete solution, no isolated solution(s)
• Evaluation of the learning process (statistics, query learning success)
• Costs and running costs
• Easy to use, user-friendly (intuitive)
• Compliance with GDPR
• Service after implementation, further support

Approximately 750 users should be able to use the software. Approximately 450 users at one location and approximately 300 users at the other location. MS Windows systems are used for work, and iOS and Android for mobile devices.
