We are a North German service provider in the real estate sector and are looking for a form generator software. Currently, we create all forms and contracts using Adobe InDesign and generate a fillable PDF from them. This has the disadvantage that the customer has to insert their logo manually each time they open the file.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

  • We want to use a drag-and-drop function to create HTML forms from which PDFs can be generated to offer to customers.
  • A customer or client management system should be used to store basic data, such as company logos or similar, which can be used to create forms. For example, a rental agreement is opened by customer A and logo A is displayed; when customer B opens it, logo B is displayed.
  • Support for the print function (e.g., via an HTML editor)
  • Cloud-based

We currently plan to have 25-30 software workstations. However, we want to grow to approx. 150-250. We work with MS Windows systems.
