We are a Europe-wide service provider and are looking for field management software for our field staff in the areas of window display decoration and interior installation.

We have the following requirements for the solution:

  • IT support for the processes of field staff (freelancers - decorators, fitters)
  • Route planning
  • Photo documentation management
  • Installation log
  • Status reporting - i.e., if there is no network connection on site, the field staff should receive a status message indicating whether their data has been uploaded or not (from headquarters) - Headquarters equipped with Windows Server
  • Easy to use
  • Runs as an app on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)
  • Runs on Android and iOS
  • Must be in German
  • Good support from the solution provider

Approximately 200 software workstations are planned.
