We are a management consulting firm and are looking for a competency analysis tool with a simple rating system for one of our clients, covering approximately 50 locations with varying organizational structures.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Competencies should be flexibly and differentially assessed across departments and/or teams based on a competency catalog. This competency catalog should be customizable and modifiable.
- Reporting for management, management reports
- The competency assessment should answer the question: To what extent can the location independently handle a development assignment or take it on in the future?
- Competency data should be able to be recorded, coordinated, and continuously updated for each location
- Transparency regarding the competencies of all participating locations
- Decision support for assigning tasks within the affiliated network of locations
- Tracking of planned competency development
- Optional interface to an internal tool that manages the competency catalog
- Optional interface to internal user account management
- Compliance with internal IT guidelines
- Recording and tracking of measures, e.g., for competency development
- Role and permission concepts
- Dashboards
- Web-based implementation possible
- Ideally, mobile devices are supported
More than 500 users should have access to the software and work with it regularly.
