Rehabilitation clinic seeks service provider software for building services engineering, TGA

As a rehabilitation clinic with 160 rooms, we are looking for service provider software for building services and technical building equipment.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Deadline monitoring for regular maintenance work (“what is due when”), required legal inspections
• Maintenance planning
• Order placement and processing
• Ticket system
• Fault reporting
• Creation of (repair) orders
• Assignment of orders
• Feedback on processing status
• Unlimited ticket creation, if possible
• Documentation of results (including, for example, storage of invoices or test reports)
• Mobile use (via Android)
• Photo documentation
• Interface for data transfer from external testing devices (e.g., Fluke testing device for electrical tests)
• Local installation or web-based

Approximately one to two users are assigned to stationary software workstations and four to mobile devices. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
