Publisher seeks data masking software

We are a publishing house and service provider in the food sector and are looking for data masking software. This data masking software must change personal data such as first name, surname, address and telephone or mobile number in such a way that they are no longer recognizable, but still remain usable - for example for tests and other purposes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Pseudonymization - It should replace real names with fictitious ones, but in such a way that it still looks realistic. If the same name appears several times, it should always be masked so that the data in the database matches. The same applies to addresses and telephone numbers
• Referential integrity- The links between different data (e.g. a customer who appears in several lists) must be maintained
• Different masking methods- The software should offer different ways of changing data (e.g. replacing, mixing values)
• Find data - It should automatically recognize where sensitive data is located in the databases
• Ease of use- The rules for masking must be easy to set up
• Automation - Masking tasks should be able to be scheduled and executed automatically
• Logging - It must be possible to trace who has masked which data and when
• Scalability - The software should be able to cope with different databases and large amounts of data

4-6 software workstations are planned, 2-3 of which are in Germany and 2-3 abroad. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape and with MS SQL Server 2022.
